Daddy-O Caddy-O! 1973 DeVille, 56k miles.

This blog is dedicated cars.  Cars for sale, automotive oddities, and good old-fashioned cool cars.

We’ll kick this thing off with this sweet 1973 Cadillac Coupe DeVille.  The owner claims 56,000 original miles.  From the look of the car, I’d say it may well be true.

The paint looks great in the photos, and the interior is detailed well.  Ride on a cloud and arrive in class!  Or, use it to keep tabs on your ladies.  As long as your state doesn’t charge property tax by the pound, you really can’t go wrong with this car.

If you buy it, let me know in the comments…and take me for a ride.

  1. Do you remember I bought a white 2-door version of this car back in 1990? The doors must have weighed 300 pounds each. “It’s as big as a whale and it’s about to set sail!”

Oh, I remember. I remember it having a bad tire, which resulted in a kooky wobble in the rear.

Bought two ’73 Coupe DeVilles in the last year. One wht/wht vinyl top, red leather interior-mint & original…..and one, fire engine red/wht vinyl top, white leather interior, with wide whitewalls & chrome Dayton wire wheels (fresh paint & new vinyl top). One is a “Garage Queen”-the white one, and the other is a “Weekend Warrior”-the red one.
What can I say, I love my “babies” to death, and thoroughly enjoy them both… This summer, I’ll be installing a “lightly worked & reinforced” Northstar motor in the red one, along with a full white leather interior redo, a ‘state-of-the-art sound system, and a “subtlety massaged” suspension.
I’ll stay in touch, & keep you informed…….Be Blessed!
